Do you need a Real Estate Broker now?  The answer is YES.  Can you sell your home yourself?  The answer is yes, but you probably are leaving a TON OF MONEY on the table. Let me explain.

 

I am seeing more and more homeowners trying to sell their home For Sale By Owner and they get their home sold, BUT they may be missing out on the higher prices that the Brokers are getting for their clients.  It’s not the FSBO’s fault. Real Estate Brokers have the Network and the Marketing Skills to reach much more people, which in turn brings much more buyers for showings, turning into more offers ending up in a much higher selling price. Additionally, most FSBO end up paying a Buyers Broker commission, selling for much lower dollar, are not represented during negotiations, taking longer to get their home sold which means you are still paying mortgage, insurance…  Are you really saving?
