    - The fact that Karen was always willing to listen and engage in conversations about our concerns, our thoughts and Ideas of what we were looking for in a house, as we were going through the house hunting process was the key factor in us selecting Karen versus any other realtor. We were looking at one house in particular when we first met Karen, she was doing an Open house in the area and when we met her, she made us feel very welcomed and was very open and honest in the discussions we had with her about the house we were looking at. We went to see that same house several times as we were trying to make our decision and had several conversations with Karen about what we were looking for in a house, what our real needs were, and not wanting just to settle on the first house we saw and she really listened to what we were saying and what we were looking for. About a month later she gave us a call on another house that had just gone on the market, and thought that this was the one that we really needed to see, based on what we had previously been talking about. This was the house that we made our offer on and eventually ended up purchasing. Karen went above and beyond getting things taken care of from start to finish in dealing with the seller, the appraisers, the inspectors, even the bank and making sure things were moving along in the process until we were finally able to close on the house. She really did look out for us and we appreciate the great customer service from someone that really cares about her customers. Thank You Karen! Show Less
